ABOUT THE SERVICE: The Office of the Municipal Agriculture organizes groups so that they may have legal personality and they may transact business with the government and private agencies/sector.
CLIENT GROUPS: Farmers, Youth, Mother, Vendors, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Letter of Request addressed to the Municipal Mayor through the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist.

PROCESS OF AVAILING THE SERVICE:
2. Provision of Vegetables Seeds and Other Planting Materials
ABOUT THE SERVICE: As part of the Municipal Government's food security program, the municipal government provides small packs of vegetable seeds for farmers/school who want to engage in backyard vegetable farming.
CLIENTS GROUP: Backyard vegetable grower.

3. Provision of Veterinary Service
ABOUT THE SERVICE: Veterinary services are rendered to ensure and promote animal health in every barangay in the municipality. These service includes diagnosis and treatment of current diseases. Vitamins administration, iron injection, castration, and deworming are also given. Vaccination against rabies is also done to prevent or decline the growing number of dogs containing this disease.

TOTAL FEES/CHARGES: NONE (except for veterinary medicine used, if any)
PROCESS OF AVAILING THE SERVICE:
4. Provision of Field Tractor and Other Farm Machineries Services
ABOUT THE SERVICES: The Office of the Municipal Agriculturist is offering the farm tractor to all qualified farmers planting rice, corn & vegetables in a first come first serve basis all year round. The farmers clientele must fill up application form and submit to assigned personnel for the computation.

REQUIREMENTS: Approved application form

8:00am to 5:00pm
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME: 15 minutes
TOTAL FEES CHARGES: First Harrow-Php 900.00 per hectare + Php 50.00 travel expense to the area.
5. Securing Certification/Endorsement
5.1. Endorsement for Securing Permit to Cut
ABOUT THE SERVICE: A certification/endorsement from the LGU is required for securing permit to cut for fruit- bearing trees.
CLIENT GROUPS: General Public
REQUIREMENTS: Barangay Clearance/Endorsement of Punong Barangay where trees to be cut are located.
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME: 15 minutes
5.2. Endorsement for Securing Permit to Transport/Issuance of Animal Inspection Certificate
ABOUT THE SERVICE: A certification of vaccination/endorsement/animal inspection certificate from the LGU is required for securing veterinary health certificate from the Provincial Veterinary Office/Bureau of Animal Industry to transport live animals.
CLIENT GROUPS: Livestock and Poultry Raisers/Pet Owner
REQUIREMENTS: Animal vaccination record/Veterinary Health Certificate issued by farm veterinarian.
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME: 45 minutes
